1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia. For international shipping requests, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location:

Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5-7 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order through the courier's website using the provided tracking number.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
Mangosteen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
