Returns Policy
At Mangosteen, we have a strict no returns or refunds policy. However, exceptions are made for defective products not caused by damage during shipping. For issues related to shipping damage, please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact our Customer Happiness Team within 14 days of your purchase. Email us at info@mangosteen.my with the title "Returns" and provide details of the issue. Our team will assess each complaint on a case-by-case basis and provide the steps required to process your return or refund.
Important Notes:
- Defective items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item(s) to us. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
